Acceptable Use Policy

Degaus Technologies Ltd (trading as "Wonda"), with its registered office at 1 Mark Square, Mark Square, London, England, EC2A 4EG, Company No. 16769117 (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Wonda"), is committed to ensuring that the Platform and the Website are used only for legitimate and legal purposes.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, or simply by using the Platform or the Website, you also agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Wonda takes firm action against any illegal or non-compliant use of the Platform and the Website and will assist law enforcement in investigating any illegal activities. Any use of the Platform or the Website for illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable activities is strictly prohibited.
1.2. You agree to use the Platform and the Website only for legal and legitimate purposes and to avoid the Prohibited Activities listed in Article 2.
1.3. Any capitalised terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1. General Prohibited Activities
General Prohibited Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any other actions that cause undue burden on any servers or infrastructure
- Unsolicited mass messaging or spamming
- Any fraudulent or deceptive behaviour (such as phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, spoofing, ad fraud, click fraud, etc.)
- Any artificial interaction (such as fake upvotes, shares, or engagement manipulation)
- Creating fake accounts or deceptive content (such as disinformation, clickbait, misleading advertisements, scam emails, etc.)
- Any manipulation of search engine optimisation (e.g., fake clicks in search results)
- Engaging in surveys in exchange for any financial or in-kind benefit
- Resale of any Platform features without obtaining Wonda's prior written approval
- Engaging in activities that contravene applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party
- Any activity that may harm the reputation, goodwill, or interests of Wonda
- Any additional activity that Wonda reasonably deems immoral, unlawful, or undesirable on its Platform or Website
2.2. AI Content Generation Prohibited Activities
In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following activities are specifically prohibited in connection with the use of AI-powered content generation features of the Platform:
- Generating deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media depicting real individuals without their explicit authorisation
- Using AI tools to create content that impersonates real people, brands, or organisations without proper authorisation
- Generating content designed to harass, defame, threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against any individual, group, or entity
- Creating deliberately misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including but not limited to fake news, fabricated evidence, or manipulated media intended to deceive
- Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with content safety filters, moderation systems, or usage restrictions of the Platform or any third-party AI service providers
- Using the Platform to generate content that knowingly infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
- Generating illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or content that violates applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction
- Using AI-generated content to facilitate identity theft, fraud, or other criminal activities
2.3. Social Media Automation Prohibited Activities
In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following activities are specifically prohibited in connection with the social media automation features of the Platform:
- Automated mass posting, spam posting, or excessive posting that violates the terms of service or rate limits of any social media platform
- Using the Platform to circumvent, evade, or interfere with automation detection mechanisms, rate limiting, posting frequency restrictions, or any other technical or policy-based restrictions imposed by social media platforms
- Creating, managing, or operating fake, inauthentic, or misleading social media accounts through the Platform
- Purchasing, selling, or artificially inflating engagement metrics (including likes, followers, comments, shares, views, or any other form of engagement) in conjunction with the Platform
- Misrepresenting AI-generated or automated content as human-created where disclosure is required by applicable social media platform rules, advertising standards, or applicable law
- Using the Platform to conduct coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including but not limited to operating networks of accounts for the purpose of manipulation, astroturfing, or artificially amplifying content
- Using the Platform to post content on social media platforms in violation of those platforms' terms of service, community guidelines, or advertising policies
- Automating interactions (comments, direct messages, likes) in a manner that constitutes spam or harassment under applicable social media platform rules
3. Reporting Violations
3.1. If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you are encouraged to report it to us at contact@wonda.sh. We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.
4. Our Rights
4.1. In case Wonda identifies any of the Prohibited Activities on the Platform or the Website, it is authorised to block, delete, suspend, or otherwise restrict any non-compliant user from the Platform or Website without prior notice. Wonda may also limit or restrict the use of the Platform or Website at its sole discretion to prevent any direct or indirect damage to Wonda, its users, or any third party.
4.2. Wonda shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising its rights in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy.
4.3. We reserve the right to cooperate with social media platforms and law enforcement authorities in investigating violations of this Policy and may disclose user information where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wonda, its users, or the public.
5. Amendments
5.1. We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry best practices. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notification in your user account or on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform or Website after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
